What is an Apostille / Authentication?
An Apostille is an official certification issued by a U.S. Secretary of State that verifies the authenticity of a document for use in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
We primarily handle Arizona apostilles, but we also assist with apostille services for documents issued in other U.S. states. Each request is reviewed to ensure the document meets the correct state and international requirements before processing.
We also handle complicated cases where documents that are going to a country that is not part of the Hague Apostille Convention; this is called an Authentication or Legalization.
Take a look at a few examples of the documents we have completed!

Hague vs. Non-Hague Countries
To make it simple: Countries fall into two categories when it comes to authenticating documents: Hague Convention countries and non-Hague countries.
Countries that are part of the Apostille Hague Convention accept an apostille as official certification for documents used internationally. If your destination country is a Hague member, your document will only need to be authenticated with an apostille issued by the state authority it was issued in/by.
If your destination country is not part of the Hague Convention, additional authentication— the legalization process—will be required through federal agencies and/or the destination country’s embassy or consulate. Requirements vary by country and document type.
If you’re unsure which process applies to your documents, we review your request and guide you through the correct steps; Making it EZPZ!
