EZPZ Notary & Apostille provides notary, apostille facilitation, document authentication support, certified translation coordination, document retrieval, courier, and related document services.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid identification, complete documents, and any required supporting materials. Processing times may vary depending on government agencies, shipping carriers, appointment availability, and document requirements.

Payments

Payment may be required before services begin. Fees may include service fees, government fees, shipping fees, translation fees, notary fees, platform fees, and other related costs.

No Guarantee of Acceptance

We make reasonable efforts to prepare, notarize, submit, and process documents correctly. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by foreign governments, agencies, courts, schools, employers, or third parties.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service requested and whether work has already started. Government fees, shipping fees, third-party fees, completed notarial acts, completed translations, and completed document retrievals are generally non-refundable.
