When do I pay?

No payment is required until an EZPZ facilitator reviews your submission and confirms the recommended services, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.

How do I send my documents?

Start by uploading a readable copy through the online request form. Depending on the service, original documents may later be submitted by mail, email, scheduled notarization, or arranged pickup.

How long will the process take?

Timing depends on the document, issuing authority, destination, and services involved. We provide an estimated turnaround after reviewing your request. Expedited or same/next-day options may be available for eligible services.

Can you return documents internationally?

Yes. International delivery through DHL is available, along with domestic options such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Available methods and costs are confirmed with your quote, and tracking is provided.

Can EZPZ provide legal advice?

No. EZPZ Notary & Apostille is not a law firm, and we cannot provide legal advice or draft legal documents. We can explain our document services and the procedural requirements connected to your request.
